          | Filmmaker Max Lewkowicz
of GToo Media has produced three documentary films about
the lives and deaths of five soldiers
who were killed in the Normandy Campaign of World War II, and
who are buried in the American Military Cemetary in Normandy,
                    France.
Two of these films, "On Their Shoulders" (7 minutes
in length) and "Letters," (17 minutes) are part of
                  the continuing permanent daily
exhibit at the new Visitors Center dedicated at the Cemetary
on June 6, 2007. The third film, "Five: A Journey of
                    Life, Death, and Memory,"
is a full-length documentary about these same five soldiers,
one of whom is Captain Norval Carter, MD, based in part on
                    the book,
No Greater Sacrifice, No Greater Love. This longer film
is scheduled for release in the spring of 2008. For a description
                    of this film project, see
